i made this b4 your'e a jerk came out. Let me rephrase that.I started workin on this beat b4 your'e a jerk came out.

So,if anything, i will admit, that i was influenced by "Fast (Like a NASCAR)" by Kafani and keak da Sneak on this particular track.i wasnt even trying to make a jerkin beat. It started off as a hyphy style beat but then I decided to add the "just jerk" sample and i changed the bass so it would sound less hyphy and more "jerk" since Jerkin was "the new thing". As a matter of fact i got the bass from a track timbaland was workin on with Busta Rhymes that i saw on MTV.

Yes they sound similar but wat can i do. Your'e A Jerk is obviously more popular than my beat so idiots assume I stole it.Wrong.I knew about jerk/jerking b4 i knew who the new boyz were.

in no way am i accusing ANYONE (including the New Boyz) of stealing or copying my beat. They just happen 2 sound similiar.oh well.

shout out 2 the New Boyz. Keep doing ur thing.
