Amazing class act by augustus, refusing to punch Oliveira to the head when something was obviously very wrong. Oliveira has had a great career, always coming to fight. Oliveira never fought again after that fight. Thanx for posting this great fight.

@bromista83 Totally agrred, I had the chance of talking to Augustus after his fight against Ngoudjo in Montreal, I was there in the crowd for that great fight (I live in Quebec). He is a good guy. If you wanna check out that great fight it is on mrgor24 channel, I tell you, it's worth watching! While I was there, I thaught Augustus won, that's what I told him. But on vid it is a different perspective, I think a draw would have been fair. The official scoring was just wrong.
hey mrgor24, do you know if Oliveira was alright after that fight? It looked quite odd and scary, I have been searching on the net about what he became after that fight, (his last) and couldn't find anything.

@mattsnow81 firstly i'll say thanks for taking the time to watch my vids, i've been replying to all your comments for the past 10 minutes!
i think i remember reading somewhere that it was a pinched nerve?? which isn't anything too serious but it was obviously painful enough at the time. a little sad that it was Oliveira's last fight, you can see his frustration at how this one ended and he deserved to leave the fight game in a more honorable way

Ray is going to fight in October 2010 this year vs a guy with 25-1 record ! Check in boxrec he is back after 5 years layoff

@landreev Yeah I heard about that! He says he wasn't himself in this fight, that he hardly trained and wasn't right mentally etc, and wants to get to 50 wins instead of being remembered as he was in his last fight here. For his sake I hope he succeeds.
