That delay of the trigger pull to the actual shot is because your shooting it on a foggy day. you have moist powder.
-
Sweet, I hope to see you on the field when you get across the US to down here. Are you moving into North Carolina or South Carolina
-
Well like I said I am not doing them at all yet. Wont happen till I move back east. But I will probably be doing Southern Campaings. My friends and I are planning on doing a Loyalist Highlander impression, a regiment raised by a Jacobite officer exile who is seeking a pardon and a restoration in titles and lands. (This is based on documented fact.) Felt it was a little told story and how the Loyalist Highlanders would have rather been fighting the Brits but just wanted to go home.
-
That is awsome! Are you doing Northern Campaigns or Southern Campaigns for RevWar?
-
Im a ACW and Scottish Jacobite reenactor. No Rev War in my part of the state. Looking forward to moving back east so I can do F&I and Rev War.
-
Oh, it's all good. Are you with the 33rd Regiment or another regiment over there?
-
Nope. Sorry. Im in California.
-
Yep, I do agree with you SC. By the way, weren't you at Walnut Grove a couple of weekends ago?
-
Yeah more of a push than an actual kick wouldnt you say?
-
I live fired a friends musket just yesterday. A lot of people say it "kick's like a mule!" Nah, it only has a little kick to it.

Yes, he knew what he was doing. The shot I fired had a longer delay.
