Myanmar PM receives UNUGS Mr. John Holmes

Prime Minister General Thein Sein received a delegation led by UN Under Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Mr. John Holmes at the Government Office in NyaPyiTaw Thursday.


Also present at the call together with the Prime Minister were Minister for National Planning and Economic Development U Soe Tha, Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Maj-Gen Maung Maung Swe, Minister for Health Dr. Kyaw Myint, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Maung Myint, Director General of Government Office Col. Thant Shin and Deputy Director General of Department of International Organization and Economic of the Ministly of Foreign Affairs U Thant Kyaw. Together with Mr. Jhon Holmes, Resident Representative of UNDP and UN Resident Coordinator Mr. Bishow Parajuli, Resident Representative of UNFPA Mr. Danial B. Baker, Head of Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Office to Myanmar Mr. Thierry Delbreuve and officials attended the call.
