Keep in mind there aren't any VHT coated strips in Japan. At least not when this video was made. Hence the slow launch. This looks to be an 8 second car with a good launch.

@Spudf18sc The transmission in this car is a sequential manual. Last I looked, you couldn't get one on a Ligenfelter, and sorry to say, the Supra plus mods plus transmission probably costs about as much as a Ligenfelter (the 2004 Subaru WRC transmissions cost about $100k USD brand new, and those were only built for 300 BHP and 420 TQ). If it's a true electro-hydraulic transmission, it would probably cost around $120-150k just for the gearbox... I'd take that supra over a Ligenfelter any day.
