MMA H.E.A.T. brings you the UFC heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos' open workout, which took place three days before his fight with 2x former UFC champ Frank Mir.   The two heavyweights will square off on May 26, 2012, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.  JDS shows off his MMA moves- especially his famous boxing skills- for the media and the crowd of fans assembled.

    He is certainly the best boxer in MMA. There are still many things he could do better with his boxing but nonetheless what he is already doing is working very well.
