I think she was having a sore throat because her voice kept going in and out, a light cough here and there and not to mention her touching her throat. I don't think she has to answer any questions she can just sit there and smile and thats a good enough answer.

I just Googled "Charlie Rose" and "black eye".
According to one report, Charlie deliberately sacrificed his face to protect his COMPUTER from hitting the ground!
Of course, this is the "official" version of what happened. Frankly, it makes no sense to me - I know laptops are expensive but, this is ridiculous!

LOL: Unfortunately, the true story is not nearly as dramatic or titillating as we would like.
Apparently, Charlie tripped over a pothole while walking down the street with a laptop in his hands (Honest to God, I am NOT making this up) and landed right on his face.
LOL: Or, at least, that's what his publicist says!

LOL: Apparently, Charlie Rose suffered a black eye last month when he tripped over a pothole in Manhattan, falling face first on the pavement.
