This video Shows the easiest way to get Orochi N. The earliest you can get Orochi N is just after you reach Port at Balfonheim and become a hunter in the Hunters Club by doing the sidequest in Phon Coast.
2 Coeurl Whiskers: Steal from Grimalkin in Tchita Uplands.
2 Sickle-blade : You may have one as prize from Antlion mob hunt, get another one by Stealing from Rageclaw rare trophy monster in Salikawood.
3 Cancer Gems: Steal from Mimeo in Barheim Passage ( After doing Back to Barheim passage sidequest ).

Steal one, zone out to Cerobi Steppe, then go back and get another, repeat...

@Lexdy All Ninjatou need mist knack to link them to the license board, the problem is that there's 4 ninjatou licenses to only 3 Mist Knack meaning that you always miss one ninjatou license.
