Now, don't get me wrong, I like Alena, and when I've seen her live I really like the level of energy she gives off and how she interacts with the crowd through her performance. And the choice of music here for 2010-11 is perfect for her. But after she fluffs the triple toe at 3.02, her skating looks tired. I hope I may never say that again about one of her programs.

Молодец Аленка! Похудела, растянулась, смотрится совсем по-другому. Катание стало очень женственное, осмысленное. И программы у нее в этом сезоне отличные! Ну а с прыжками в начале сезона у всех такая же история, ничего, подтянет!

She's ill? Has she been off ice for a while? She looks really out of shape -- she just didn't have the energy to attack the second half of her program. I actually like her new programs a *lot* better than in the past. She looks more elegant and has much better extension/line, her moves look more finished, and she has more varied expression than she used to. I hope her jumps general fitness come back!
