In part 2 of EggFreeEpicurean.com's videos on Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act, Amy Jones Anichini discusses why some food labels include vague language such as "may contain" or "processed in a facility that also processes..." or "processed on equipment that also processes..." and mentions other food allergens.
She also discusses Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and recommends why people with food allergies should avoid food with the "may contain" type warnings.
