If you noticed in my sleep graph, my alarm woke up me at 8:03. I did wake up, but went back to sleep (which explains the "Light Sleep" bar after the alarm.

@Mikenopolis Yes I got the email from Jawbone and applied for it.
Mine is in my desk. I am so bummed out cause I really liked the idea of this thing.
I will give it to Jawbone for the "man up" they did on this lemon!
They must be having LOTS of complaints to offer a full refund & NOT want the thing back!

@1D5dozer hey there. did you hear? Jawbone is giving a $109 refund due to faulty issues. I just bought one and applied for a refund (I get to keep it too) hopefully I didn't get a faulty one like you did.

Actually im technical support for this bracelet, and it does measure your sleep at night... it has a very sensitive motion sensor and can pick up micro vibrations in your body at the same time as your Rapid eye movement (REM) aka Deep sleep Compared to Light sleep where you have very lil movement and when your awake by longer drug out vibrations from moving..

Mine stopped working! Plug in and it goes to a solid white.... Unplug it & try to turn it on but nothing....
