  • Jeez Mike, now I am not only jealous of your layout, I am jealous of your workbench too! I guess I may have to take some time away from layout work to improve the workbench. there's never enough time....sigh....

Great video and information, keep the videos coming!

  • @lordocheez Thanks but do not go crazy. Everything looks good when it is cleaned up for a video !!!!!

  • terrific viewing Mike thank you ,got some great ideas from that ,as for the flux my wife is a leadlighting fan and her suppliers have bottles of flux which as you say is a must for decoder installs ,I`m sure there must be a supplier in the states somewhere .

  • 2 great videos Mike, I love how organized everything is, very well done, and I will take a few things away and use them in my work area. Thanks Jeff

  • @railfanfromiantha

I do have many types of tape hanging up there and I have 3 dremel tools but all live out in the layout room.

    Thanks , Mike

  • I like the chair. Wish I had one. Now that I think about it if I would have know I might have been able to get one back in Summer 2010. Oh well. Couple things on your bench that I didn't see that would be handy: black electrical tape and a dremel. The dremel is a GREAT tool, you can put on so many small attachments to help you with you layout and other stuff. I bought one at Walmart and I don't think I could go without it now.
