No I haven't, but I'm 100% sure she's a Pyrenees. I mean, I have had her since she was 1.

I don't see how being neglected would cause her fur to change colour from white to yellow/golden being as that doesn't seem to be genetically possible, but if you say so! :P
I would advise you to read more into Great Pyrenees. Some people have the misconception that Great Pyrenees come in coat colours other than white. With the exception of badger markings that are not allowed to cover any more than one third of their body, and even 1/3 is rare to see.
Have you seen her parents before?

Nah, she's full Pyrenees. Though we call her a fake one. She was neglected before we got her thats why she doesn't even appear to be one.
Now she's 13 and losing her mind.

It looks like your yellow dog is a Great Pyr/Golden Retreiver X, in other words, a Golden Pyrenees.
