The title pretty much says it all. I made some names for some of the pieces and used the vague word "It" a bit much but I'll explain what i'm doing in annotations. Leave any questions in the comments and I'll do my best to answer. Keep in mind this is an old style Hi Power that doesn't have the magazine disconnect so I won't be much use when it comes to external extractors, magazine disconnect safeties, or any other features the newer hi power developed over time.

  • I can understand why the Hi Power is still being used by our Canadian military, it's a great side arm! I hope I can find an Inglis made BHP made during late WWII with a shoulder stock holster some time. That'd be a lot of fun, I imagine.

  • ive been looking for a high power video that shows a detailed disassembly, it seems like you know what your doing but you should redo this video and show the disassembly centered in the frame you do allot of things off camera, other than that good video.
