THONG OR SHOELACE: It looks too wide to be a shoelace. However, you can see the shoelace loop in the front, and his back belt loop is being held up by the thong looking thing. He is wearing a shoelace belt that is for sure, but I think it is ripped up in the back and the threads are loose giving it a wider appearance
