    I think it's funny they originally wanted Lou to be the villain in Pumping Iron. How can you make the underdog going up against a 6 time Olympia winner a villain?

    Crazy clip. Wonderful vid. My buddy was once a fat. He went from 285lbs of pure fat to 204lbs of purely natural lean muscle mass. That shit was ridiculous! I just subscribed personally coz I would like to expand my whole body. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)...
