I'm very interested in the idea of crossing rhythms and in the space in which art meets worship, or rather art is worship. I've been experimenting with playing the few taize pieces I know, with a sort of jazz affect (from my small repetoire of jazz chords :)) ... not sure at this point if the chords should wander from the path and the voice hold to the original, or the vocal wander and the chords hold to the original, or both wander :) perhaps it should not be thought through, and just felt, instead ... anyway, it's all highly experimental ... and I offer it as a tiny lenten meditation ...

  • I love it. What are the chords?

  • @keybanker : I can tell you, off the top of my head, what the basic chords are ... but, I have no idea how to name more accurately, what I'm actually holding. The only option is to film it, directly ... so, if the basic naming is alright, then let me know ... and you'll have to wait a little while for an actual 'tutorial' video :)
