when you are "rushing" or bvaing(basically going out for it) you have to do this thing called bracing while you do it. Basically you have to roll your shoulders back and stick your chin in your throat.

Please tell me that was the first time they did they did the rifle manual. They were brutal. Cuts Day must have been fun for that group.

this is training. this is what they do when they are trying out. the breathing helps time the routine, but its exaggerated during training.

Being in Honor Guard and seeing this makes me laugh, mostly due to the facial expressions... what exactly in the hell is going on? It looks like they're all trying to breathe loudly in sync. Is this required for their manuals?

Bracing is not half straining, although straining might be a 1/4 bracing...
