Yeah, Kerry Blue Terriers are experts on fake growls! First time I saw two Kerries playing, I thought they were gonna kill each other cause I wasn't used to the noise they make. XD
They do make a lot of noise when playing...

Our first two weren't as vocal as the third, but I was warned when I picked him up from the breeder. His Mom and his Grandfather were "talkers" and Perry is the same way.
If you say "Quiet" though, he will lower his talking to a whisper.

Hehe, what a well-behaved Kerry! Axl doesn't bark a lot but he does sound a lot when he's playful, which is often.
I've never seen a dog who wants to play as much as Axl... We even have to remove his toys sometimes, because he's so focused on them!
