@freestylewatchusa I know others that had this problem, but when I called the number you gave me a nice girl named Annie helped me out. What caused it was interference from being inside. So thanks I feel much better about my watch. I had used it with great success ocean kayaking. It gave me the ability to orienteer off of structures on land.

My old navigator's compass never worked right always backwards. Did you guys fix that problem on this watch????

@SixtyAteOutdoors never heard of that problem? We sent you a message, you should send that watch in to have our warranty dept. look at it. The Navigator 2.0 has no such problems that we know of.
