@00rufus I used to get easy 7 minutes 3D flying. Longer if I was flyin easy.

Glad to hear my video helped sell you on it. It is a very hardy plane, i've landed mine on the canopy atleast half a dozen times without breaking anything aside from a prop or motor shaft. No damage was done to the plane. It is a very hardy plane and handles a few hard landings and rough unexpected "events" !!!

i've finally been sold on this one. I was tempted to buy the angel 30e but the extra cost of the angel sold me on the sukhoi. Never considered the katana, it just seems ugly to me.

No i never tried a 15x8. I eventually went to a 14x8 turnigy wooden prop from hobby king which worked a treat. I did have problems with breaking props though as the landing gear would flex sometimes on harder landings and this was with the 14 inch prop, a 15 inch prop would be asking for trouble!!
