  • Thats easy. I can do this, too. But only one time, then my joints are ruined forever.

  • For those who think this is just about flexibility, you miss the point. Flexibility is a bonus here, but the most important point of the form is to connect every joint of the body so that when the waist moves the whole body moves. The force starts from the waist (or you can say dantian, the belly) and passes to fingures, toes and head through wave and spiral motion. This takes years to train. An equally flexible person without trainning cannot do this.

  • Yep, thoroughly impressive. Great resolve adhered to achieve this level. Starting young with the right people will also help. but ultimately it's all a great effort and commitment to the life.
