Aside from these products I also do a lot of natural masks. I only know the ones that are good for dry skin usually some combination of bananas, honey, milk, yogurt, and eggs. I really like doing an aspirin mask once a week also.

This seems like a long list : ) haha I don't use everything everyday though.

Products:

pure almond oil
pure virgin olive oil
sunblock
an umbrella HAHAHA
Oral-B toothbrush for babies
Philosophy Purity Cleanser
Studio Tools Facial Buff Sponges
Cetaphil Anti-bacterial Gentle Cleansing Bar
Biore Warming Anti-Blackhead Cleanser
Noxema
St. Ives Apricot Scrub
aloe vera gelly
Egyptian magic cream

  • I know you say that you only know stuff that's good for dry skin but does that almond oil say anywhere on it whether or not it is non comedogenic or whether or not it would break someone out?

  • @softlyserenademe it doesn't say anything on there except that it's meant to be used as a moisturizer...but I (and a lot of other people) use olive oil also, especially to remove makeup...supposedly the molecules or whatever in oils are too large to get into your pores...what oils do is just help SEAL the moisture into the skin, like a protective layer...hope that helped :)

  • actually you don't need that much sun to get the daily amount of vitamin d...just driving to work or school in the morning for example is 10 or 15 minutes for most people in the sun

  • yeah I know...like a baby's bottom haaaaa...hey, when are you gonna be available to me again? school sux...did you like my poem I emailed you?

  • I have really dry skin too! I use Eucerin and I works wonders!

  • Hi Sweethie, I have extra dry sensitive skin like you and use the same products as you but im obsessed with Macadamia and oilve oil to use all over my body and face so mu skin doesnt look totally dry all the time. I also love The intensive rich moisturing vitamin e cream from the body shop for your face. Its great for the face =)

  • @lyravale thanks! that was really helpful actually(:

  • Staying out of the sun is all well and good, but you need to make sure you're getting vitamind from somewhere, or your skin will still suffer!

  • I would like to heal a few scars and my skin gets dry at times , I wanted to know if i purchase aloe vera from the store what kind should i get for dry skin? I mean is it a gel/cream or lotion? does anyone know?
