The banks and other places must be installed with better equipment so the that the videos can be helpful in investigation. in this video even not a single face can be seen clearly, so how can it be helpful in investigation!

This was pretty stupid of the security guard. I have worked in a bank and the first thing they teach you to do is comply with the robbers. Give them what they want so they will leave without harming anyone. The security guard put customers in danger by shooting. The other robbers could have opened fire after this and killed everyone. I am pretty sure the security guard broke protocol here.
