AMAZING List. All Hope is Gone, Conclusion of an Age, Indestructible, The Formation of Damnation, Kingdom of Sorrow, Shogun & Death Magnetic are all amazing

Respectable list, but Gojira's and Protest the Hero's albums are a lot better than all of these (except watershed) imo.

I don't get involved in metal/not metal arguments- I don't care. Indestructible is a really good album, and whether or not it's metal is irrelevant.

Gojira was an oversight. They should be in there- not winning but in there. Same with Kolossus by Keep Of Kalessin. I'm not a 'Knot fan at all, but All Hope Is Gone is a really good record.

i dont think slipknot or trivium desrves this, there are some good new bands you dont have

Shogun would get in on the title track alone- I get the feeling Trivium's next album may be in the league of The Blackening. I don't like any of Slipknot's previous records but I do like All Hope Is Gone, so that's why it's in there.
Who did I miss out? I'm always open to new bands.
