My 24vDC Electrolysis setup built with old photocopier and air conditioner parts.

The solution consists of 1/2lb of sodium bi-carbonate to what is approximately 50 liters of water. The concentration of the solution is not critical to operation unless its grossly under or over strength, IE 5KG to 50L

The filter canister contains a stainless steel screen plus a a series of magnets to collect ferrous particles and minimize their ingress into the pump.

  • Interesting jerry rig, I dread to think what the health and safety bods would say if they saw it (eeek)!!!!

  • Lol, OH&S have no jurisdiction over hobby shops :D

either way the solution is harmless, as is the DC current.
