Joe should have said.... The stimulus plan is for us, the govt. not for the small business. You, as a small business owner, will get higher energy bills and higher taxes. Just keep working so the big business can get a bailout and I can grow the govt. Don't worry about the unemployment numbers. If you are about to fail, so sorry.
