@koolrocksteady it isnt superior,its strong on some things,weak on others.If catch was so strong there would be more than josh winning stuff( who would be equally as good if he only did bjj).How come no exclusively catch lad has ever won anything in no gi,no abu dhabi,no grappers quest,they could even enter the no gi bjj comps because josh as done it.Nobody in catch puts it all on the line.Josh does so well because he truely understands all grappling including bjj .
