Also, just as an FYI, at 1:41 you say "as you go get those 3 customers..." don't you mean distributors?

Dave, the one issue I see with this one sheet is that it leaves out the fact that a Sr. Distributor has to help his 3 get 3 of their own before being promoted to manager. Looking at this sheet it reads to me as if once I have my 3 I'm then eligible for the $100 bonus on each one of the 3 that those 3 sign up.
Would like to see something indicating that you get Q qualified and then help your 3 distributors get Q qualified before being promoted to manager.
