hockey is tougher than lacrosse although lacrosse is a tough sport
but rugby is probaly the toughest no padding, a lot of punching and blood

yes,rugby and lacrosse are both very tough sports indeed but I believe hockey is tougher....please let me explain before anybody jumps all over me for this.
It is not these fools in the video that make hockey tough (they're a joke), it's the speed it's played at.
I can skate twice as fast as I can run, which means the hits are much harder and the impact greater. I can skate farther faster to make a hit then a rugby player can to make a tackle (or what ever it is you do, not sure, sorry).
