After this intensive, two-week boot camp that declares all-out war on fat, your excess pounds will be missing-in-action.

To complete this How-To you will need:

Eggs
Fruit
Yogurt
Granola
Lean protein
Brown rice and quinoa
Beans
Salad greens
Low-carbohydrate vegetables
A multivitamin supplement
Psyllium husks or flax seeds
Exercise

Warning: Never change your diet without first consulting your physician.

Step 1: Have breakfast

Have a breakfast that includes eggs and fruit or yogurt with granola and fruit. Never skip breakfast, as this meal is key for boosting metabolism throughout the day.

Tip: Eat meals slowly and with awareness, chewing each bit thoroughly to promote digestion.

Step 2: Eat lunch and dinner

Eat a lunch and dinner of lean protein, like broiled chicken or steamed fish, along with whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, or beans with salad or vegetables.

Tip: Portion sizes should be reduced by a third to almost half of your normal size.

Step 3: Include snacks

Have one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon snack. Snack on cucumbers, radishes, and celery, or a handful of strawberries or raspberries, a green apple, or a peach, a pear, or two plums.

Tip: Aim to eat at least 1,200 calories a day -- enough for weight loss without compromising your metabolism.

Step 4: Avoid bad foods

Avoid packaged, processed, and fried food; white flour; dairy; refined sugar; alcohol; coffee; tea; and carbonated beverages. Herbal teas, such as dandelion tea, are recommended.

Step 5: Take supplements and fiber

Take vitamin and mineral supplements, and get fiber by adding psyllium husks or flax seeds to a glass of water before lunch.

Step 6: Do aerobic exercise

Do one hour of gentle aerobic exercise each day, such as walking, which will burn fat without stressing joints.

Step 7: Tone muscles

Tone muscles with 40 minutes of circuit training, three to five times a week. Add in 15 minutes of yoga a day, and 20 minutes of core exercises, like crunches, every other day, and after two weeks, you'll be a fat-burning machine.

  • hey diets arent all that good

living healthy is for a lifetime , so if you go into a diet , just for a while , yes you will getthinner , but when you leave it , youll gain your weight back on. so you should try to be in a carefl position not leaving all that you like behind , but just in balance , for a whole new healthy

lifestyle , instead of a momentaneus glimpse of what you could be if you had one of these lifestyles. PEACE.

  • I love chocolate ice cream and snickers . fuck this diet

  • i would never do sit ups for a carrot...

  • @Puppypuppyluv rabbits!

  • I was in the Corps and I was on a diet. There was no fancy pancy flax and vitamins. The diet card was well balanced and discarded. We were told to eat one TBS of peanutbutter and all the fruits and veggies we wanted with oatmeal or whatever gruel they had. We drank fruit juice or water, mostly water. For lunch and dinner it was the same minus pickles, olives and any type of salad dressing. We ate fast and ran hard In short we worked and sweated our fat bodies off.

  • i gained 15 pounds during bootcamp haha!

  • the fuck. 1200 calories? fuck that doing REAL excecise requires double that amount, not fucking walking at 1 KM/H.

  • Screw this, be a cow and eat grass. Weightloss guarentee.

  • i lost 4 kilos. Yay! Now I'm 52 kilos, 5'9 at 13 years. Haha!! I'm gettin' there!!!!!!!!!

  • very good diet plan and inspirational.

the best thing i like from all the knowlege i got from internet in years about fitness and health. eat small portions, as bruce lee did he always used a small plate for his food. (milk, meat, sugar)never eat those. add psyllium huskto ur water n feel full all day, and it also helps stop craving.
