F Blues - jazz piano trio

Late-night blues in F. Question for Mac users...I have an older PowerBook G4 (really old) and I was wondering if there are any easy ways to export higher quality video...the camera records much better quality than what is shown here, but when I choose "Share in full quality" it exports as a .dv file and I can't convert it (and Youtube won't accept it). The other settings that I've messed with haven't done much. Any tips?
