I'm too lazy to get the time so I'll just do it like this:

*First Verse (the first time used) and first chorus: Edward leaving Bella. Yes, he's leaving her through the whole thing, and it's just memories and such going through that. And just so you know, when Kristen Stewart turns away at the beginning, it's because she doesn't get why he's leaving her. And then when she's just sitting down, starting to cry on the line "It's Hallow inside," when Edward shows up, it's a memory from Twilight when he's like "Bella! Oh my god!" When James bit her and stuff.

*Second, Third verse and Second Chorus: Jacob and Bella.
So, at the beginning, Sam Uley is carrying her out of the forest. And then it's just Bella seeing Jacob again and him comforting her. Then it's just a bunch of car scenes from when they talk in the car. Then there's that very short clip of Bella finding out he's a werewolf. Then she's at the cliff, jumping off, getting saved by Jacob, ect. And then more stuff in the car and then Bella and Jacob see Carlisle's Mercedes. Jacob refuses to go back, argues, Bella gets out (I know it didn't happen like that but whatever), and goes to Italy. The plane thing was just something I threw in.

*First verse (again): Bella at Italy and after that.
So Bella's in Italy, runs, finds Edward, they kiss, blahh. Then it's just memories from when Bella was without Edward at first. She said she woke up screaming and stuff so yeahh... Then, they see Jacob and yeah...

*At the end, it was just in Jacobs mind (a dream), where Bella is his, they kiss and yea. :D
