Winx Nick Comparison 1 (part 1 of 3)

READ BEFORE COMMENTING PLEASE
I don't know how interested people would be in this kind of
project.
But I figured this would be a good chance for those to
see some main clips. The video I made is actualy 42 minutes long
so I've divided it up into three parts. These first 3 comparison videos
are meant to go through a number of clips from the Winx club series
and compare them to applicable scenes from Nick's abridged special.
I would like to hear people opinions between the three different
dubs script wise and voice wise, and I want to hear what people think
of the Nick specials so far, if they ever finish airing that is. A whole month
until the next one
If you don't know what I mean by either Cinelume (Rai english) Winx
dub or 4kids winx dub please look those up it will make the vid less
confusion. Also if you aren't familiar with Nickelodeon's new Winx project
then KEEP IN MIND. Nickelodeon is redubbing the entire Winx
series, all seasons 1-4, the two movies and is co-producing with the Italian
company that animated Winx seasons 5 and 6. HOWEVER Instead of
dubbing all of seasons 1 and 2, Rainbow, the italian animating crew AND
the creator of Winx Club Iginio Straffi has created for Nickeodeon four
1 hour long specials to summerize seasons 1 and 2. So ALL the animation,
outfit choices and story tweakings (which to me are all cool and make sense)
They are the work of the actua Winx creator. So if theres an aspect of
the remade animation or story you aren't that fond of, thats cool speak
your mind, I posted this vid for this kind of discussion, but do not be
mindlessly blaming Nickelodeon for no reason, its my understanding
that they are behind the voices and script and thats it. As per the credits,
the animation and direction of the specials were done by Rainbow company
and directed by Winx creator Iginio straffi. Personaly I am really digging
the specials so far. Also, any obsenly rude comments will be removed.
Its okay to disagree with eachother but keep it sane.

I LOVE the fuzzy one which is the blurry one in the middle of the comparanceses or how is it spelt anyways who ever casted as all the fairies in that one can someone tell me the name of the original english one im talkin about i loved that one so much it was the best better than rai and that nasty nick one =.= ;] i love winx club epsecially that one i hate how the they try and make it all 3d that craps for movies not episodes ;[

@windowsvista786 Do you mean the version that comes 2nd in the rotation of my comparisons?? If thats what you are talking about, its from 4kids entertainment. Its not the original though. The first English dub is the rai english (or as its called here, the cinelume dub) And I don't know what you mean by 3d, the animation in the specials are different and newer, but not 3d. so far the only 3d winx are the two movies, and apparently parts of season 5 will be in 3d.

@kittycat045 I know the 4 specials seem different, and they are newly animated for recapping season 1 and 2, but if you get a chance to see Nick's version of season 3, its exactly like Rai, full episodes, uses the same music and has good dialouge, and with a lot of characters better acting. Though I'll always miss the 2nd rai Tecna voice and Stella's rai voice. As for the specials being messe up even more, The scenes that are in the specials have a dialouge similar to rai as well.

This is really really confusing. It's one series and there are like 6 different versions of it ? The corporations producing/dubbing seriously need to talk with each other. What I would propose is like a combined version with (from @DragonRing1) Rai's script, 4Kids voices and Rai's animation. Unfortunately, this will never happen unless a considerable amount of people speak up, Thumbs up if you agree.

@ssskpgt its not that confusing at all. There's only 3 different versions, albeit the rai English movies feature a differernt cast. And Rai English wasn't intended for an American audience anyway. Actualy, I find Nick version is almost as you describe, rai script, with, well not 4kids voices, but stronger voices acting wise. To me though 4kids voices don't match the characters well at all. And FYI Winx isn't the only foreign cartoon to have multiple english dubs.

I'll always love 4kids Version. I've grew up on that version, so I can't think of any reason why I'd change. And lol. 'Can't a plant get a break around here?!' :P

I used to watch Rai Winx, and when I saw Nick, I was completely thankful. And for 4kids, I didn't know it existed, and glad I didn't watch it. I'm a nick fan, and I'm very proud of what rai offered to nick.

no one should blame Nick for messing up the show. Rai PURPOSELY reanimated the show and gave it Nick. Probably, the only thing that Nick did to the show, is that they hired fellow nick stars to voice the characters, and nick also only changed the opening and ending credits. Rai is the one who did the animation...

RAI voices are the best. Tecna's voice is awful in 4Kids, so is Stella's, I like the boy's voices in RAI too especially Brandon's!

Rai gave Nick the show so the audience would know winx club even more.

@kittygirl660 no they are the trix,winx club is an italian show created by ignio straffi 4kids took the original version and changed everything just to get money.
