i have always considered carlin to be the best philosophic comedian, but bill hicks is more spiritual, he really has a glimpse of hope for humanity and he really suffers for stupidity and mediocrity, unlike carlin who didn't give a shit anymore.Bill is like a friend who takes care of you and when you listen to what he says, you would embrace him, for the great humanity he had.
