@JTJudgment Check twice, he sets Rise of the Snake Deity, ends his turn (and the player on the left draws a Card), and then the Naga player activates Offering to the Snake Deity to later activate Rise in the opponent's turn

I'm not sure if you realized this in the video. When (Link Strife) attacked with their monster and (Ness00) activated Gravity Bind in response, and the opponent chained Solemn Judgment. Ness wouldn't have been able to activate Limit Reverse at that time since it was entering the Damage Step. If he had activated Limit Reverse during the attack and then activated Gravity Bind later, that would have worked.
