How to make New York Cheesecake.
I use this recipe all the time when ever I make cheesecake. I use blueberries because blueberries has always been my favorite topping on cheesecake.
TIP: Refrigerate blueberries in advance so that if you are like me once your cheesecake has cooled and you added the blueberries, you can eat it nice and fresh! If your patient, refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours.

  • This would be my 3rd time baking this and i love it :) But it's too big sometimes, can i divide all the ingredients into half? Or you have a specific amount? If do, please share :) Thanks!

  • @ninanadira u can definitely divide the recipe by half, that's what I normally do & that is what I did in the video since my family & I don't eat a whole lot of cheesecake. Here's a tip, when I m too lazy to make my crust I just buy those already made crust at the grocery store and if you divide the recipe in half it will make one generous amount of cheesecake & if u use the whole recipe as seen in vid then it will make 3 of the already made crust pans.
