  • The Edge can play more than 3 chords??

  • Not a huge U2 fan. I like them but, I feel they are a tad overrated (but I have no problem with them) And Edge is a good guitarist. But he is not a legend. No where close to a legend.

  • @villainsdeeds lol invalid.. ok pal, believe what you want. arrogant and presumptuous.. u know a lot about me by just one post...i would have to turn all those words back on u after your post. i think i read another comment from someone else thinking it was from u too. but either way everything i mentioned is based on skill, which is absolutely measurable making it definitely valid. im not gonna argue about this. its dumb. page is god. jack white is single handedly keeping rock around.

  • @jmill2828er Your argument is invalid. You are arrogant and presumptuous. You assume I hate Jack White merely because I said he's not as legendary as the other two, mainly because they've been around longer and are better known. I actually found him the most interesting, charasmatic character in this film though I watched it more for Page. Oh, and stop trying to pass your opinions off as hard facts.

  • @villainsdeeds no way man. your def incorrect about that. edge is def a product of good song writing, great voice from bono. very poppy. good though. edge has his own sound, which is cool too.

But most people that hate on jack white are the old guys that say "ohhh thats new music so its def not good"

Jack White has legendary guitar riffs already. not to mention his song writing. AMAZING live. high energy.

Anyone who doesnt like the Raconteurs is just not a rock fan. they are amazing.

  • @shaggz20022002 play as good as edge did and always does and do it in front of 50,000 people or more who are watching you ! maybe you'll recognize that he can play more than 3 chords :)

  • Shaggz20022002 - well, show us your skill Mr.Morethe3chords ;)) when bilions of people will listen to your music and will pay for tickets to see you play guitar, then you can criticize. For now, you are nonentity ;)

  • First u2 show in NYC I was in the room.kids relax

  • millions of guitarists but only so many have a sound of their own

  • @leeportcam listen to deep in the heart of u2 for example and you will realise the subtility of edge ! nobody on youtube is able to cover this song as the edge! the edge is impressive with is sound but u2 is a band who disturbe so many people because of their succes!

  • @leeportcam I respectfully disagree. It's not what he plays, it's how he plays it. He is a creative guitarist and you can drive yourself nuts trying to reproduce his sound.

  • @villainsdeeds the edge is a legend in his own mind. He's really the product of a group who could write some good songs. His guitar playing skills are extremely lacking. Very fundamental something like a school boy would play.
