Paul spoke about the last days and what would happen to those who would not believe in the truth to be saved. He said God would send a strong delusion, so they would believe a lie. We are witnessing this now and it will get worse, and when the antichrist comes, it will be in full swing.

We have to know our Bible, so when men come and try and tell us something different then what God has said in His word, then we will know it immediately, and not fall victim to their lies.

I have read translations from other scholars that seem to agree with Sitchen. I guess all the translators are morons and you are the world's expert genius at ancient history.
