This video has inspired me! I really need that motivation! I have lost it! I went through Nursing school and working full-time and being a full-time mommy of three kids! Then going through a divorce and surgeries and everything else! I have gained over 50 lbs and have made it up to 200lbs! I am very worried as I need some energy and just wanted to find out how you've found it! thanks so much!!!
