ALL VIDEO IS TIMELAPSED TO 10x............................A strong to severe storm outbreak was predicted and this Shelf Cloud/Severe warned storm was the result. I did not have to chase to catch this. Storms formed to the SouthWest and moved Northeast up the Snake River plain and as they formed they intensified as a Complex line of thunderstorms. This storm produced winds of over 60mph and hail to a Half Inch with very heavy rain. The storm even had Rotation and a TVS was indicated by radar. Near the end of the video you can see the area that the Radar Indicated to be TVS as well. • I remember this day all to well ... I was at the sugar mill when this happened.. and wow was it windy

  • WOW! We were traveling on Interstate 15, between Idaho Falls and Woodville, ID. When we saw the shelf cloud. There was a large highway dept. sand pile that was being scattered by the wind, the dark plume from the sand pile was about a hundred feet high in the air and the wind was blowing the dark brown sand plume for over a mile downwind. The clouds were moving near the same speed as the North bound traffic!
