Suffocation - Depths of Depravity (Mark IV test)

I just installed a set of 2 E34Ls and 2 6L6s in my Mark IV, and I wanted to test it. Plus there is a serious dearth of Mark IV videos with people doing real death metal... so here it is. There's definitely some sloppiness, but this was just one take and it's a damn hard song! :) Note that the sound quality is pretty crummy, due to the camera mic and the youtube compression... in real life, there's a lot more in the way of mids and treble, whereas here there's mostly just a lot of bass. So, sorry that sounds kind of muddy.

BTW the flag in the background is a World War I Imperial Army flag. It was put up there by another guy who uses the practice space. The reason I mention this is because there are some who have completely erroneously taken the presence of this flag as a sign I am some sort of white supremacist or neo-nazi, which could not be further from the truth. The flag was discontinued before the Nazi party was even formed; it is simply an old German flag and nothing more. Honestly I didn't even notice that it was taking up the center of the shot - I just set the camera on an amp on the other side of the room and hit record. Perhaps I should have angled the camera to cut the flag out, but I think it looks cool, and it is not in the least meant to connote sympathy or allegiance to an ideology I find deeply repellent. Of course, to those who know me, or those who know Suffocation has two black members (for whom I have the UTMOST respect), this is, I would hope obvious. But it's important enough to me that I feel the need to make special mention of it.

I'll try to do it at some point... right now I don't have a 24-fret guitar with a Floyd Rose, so it's a little tough... I have one with 22 frets (although it's currently disassembled), and I could just bend up to that high C# that he hits in the middle, but it wouldn't be the same really. Plus my whammy bar skillz pretty much suck. I mostly use Floyds for tuning stability, not for actual divebombs and whatnot.
