The first thing you should do before you go for a patent is, make three copies of the full details of what you are doing. You then seal two of the copies in security envlopes and send them by registered mail, one to yourself and one to a trusted friend with directions not to open them. You now have two copies dated and registered with and by the US mail. Then you build a working device and have a good lawyer file for the patent. Keep all written papers in a bank box, it is proof of what you did.

If they're not happy with the amount of disclosure of Rossi, they should check out Blacklight Power; dr randall mills. his process offers similar gains with similar elements; namely nickel and hydrogen (and potassium), in different conditions.

This should not be so difficult to check out by the academia and given the full authentication. Still they being cautious. The final remark by the guy on the right..

"It does not appear to be pure fraud". Is it a problem of language? He could have said "It is not fraud".

it's really more like, 'luke-warm fusion'. I think the water is like 28 degrees C to start with. Which is hardly cold in my book. :-p

I dont think the device is on sale or even in distribution, otherwise someone would have taken it apart,

and then, utube would now be flooded with videos of a new energy amplification device...which unfortunately is not the case...
