@wuggacrt since it is private property it is up to the owners to react to the problems.. the owners can call the police and have the whores arrested, but they cant just drive up and get involved because remember, the whores have rights too...

As a truck driver of 10 years, I commend you on your work, sir. Keep it up. I'm all for cleaning up the truck stops. I try not to stop at any in larger metro areas because of this problem. I'd rather park on a customer's property in the middle of nowhere than most truck stops.

its the POLICE DEPT to police, not business owners if there are city bi laws about fences and what ever else yes but to blame a store owner about crime , how hard is it for a police dept to make this truck stop a zero area for prostitution ,something not right about this WHO is not doing their job or is it just to hard for the police ,I've have called them 8 times this year about a whore & pimp their still outside my home every night ,am I responsible because they sit on my fence.

Its a truckstop but isnt it also a gas station? I mean I somtimes go to truckstops for gas and if I were to see any prostitutes then I would call the cops. Why doesnt the community that gets their gas there call the cops when they see the prostitutes? I mean I agree with the fact that the truck stop should of done a lot to get rid of the prostitutes but why cant the regular people just getting gas call the cops?

@84ndman People do call 911 - mostly the neighboring businesses though. This particular truck stop is not conveniently located and their gas is higher than everyone else's. They basically survived because their only business was truckers looking for hookers.
