Front Flip training. Subscribe for more videos. Thumb up and leave comments & questions. I will answer all of them.
Tuck tight. 3 ways:
1. Tuck in thigh.
2. Tuck in knee.
3. No tuck - no handed frontflip.
FrontFlip training examples. Many examples. .....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Advice: Never give up. I learned to do it ALWAYS gOOd in 4 months! There was days when I was doing them perfect, there was days when I was doing them bad, and there was days when I failed them, but I just never give up(it's fun), If I start something - I need to end.
Advice2: After doing Front Flip warm up or do 3 Front Handsprings, OR handstand. This wakes up your legs :). If you don't know how to do Front Handspring, you should learn because it looks cool and easy to improve it. And fun of course. :)

Okay, that was nothing. Now let's go for tips.
Blocking: You will learn this automatically.
Tip1: Many tutorials say that you need to jump up, but not forward. Yeah, yeah, we all know that, but "how to JUMP UP?! - I always jump forward". When you run you need to run with high steps and when you're doing the flip throw your arms up and then to your legs.
Tip2: When you jump up you need to tuck. Don't hold your legs, just touch them and release your hands. Just dive in the air.
Tip3: Landing. When you untuck your legs should land automatically. Try to land on your fingers.

Impact to the ground.
"- When I land on my feet - it hurts . What to do?
Yeah, it hurts, but your legs gets used to it in time. You will feel no pain like me and you will can do as much flips as you want on grass with no shoes. If you're just starting it is recommended to wear shoes. :)

  • Can You play it again?

  • @TheGfilms

    what do u mean?

  • sorry man you don't even do it properly. you'll damage your knees if u continue like this. try land softly on your last stem and then jump high then flip. don't consetrate only on spinning, first jump high and then spin.

  • @DangerousSk8r

  • @DangerousSk8r i used to front flip the same way as u and i thought it was right. but the pain comes after months and u don't even realize it. i damaged my knees and wasn't able to do front flip for a while. then i found a tutorial on youtube that tought me how to frontflip properly and since then i can easily do that flip but sometimes my knees hurt cuz the damage is already take and im telling u this so u don't make the same mistake. safety comes first. take it slowly and don't risk ur health

  • You need more style.

  • dude you jump forward instead of jumping up ^^^^^^^

if you'll do that you front flip would be amazing!!!!!!!

  • if jump up i land crouched .. but foward i land standing up ... so jump foward little and tuck and realease really fast or you will land crouched

  • k i need help on my fronts... i seem to go sideways and land on my butt when i do it... my friend (who can front) says that i pull faster down on 1 arm then the other....
