I was first introduced to this song thanks to the buffalax version with those nutty English subtitles. So I set out to find the real song and it took me forever to locate one but I did and it comes from the original LP. Thus, it is nearly twice as long as the version that is seen on YouTube.
As to the anime slide show, this time I opted for more imagery rather than the single image I have been doing. This time I took images from the first five episodes of "Minami-ke." Great, funny show that is. ^_^

Dschinghis Khan did this song in the 70's as well. I think it is a stretch to say they copied Gianni's song.
