My ex sent me this song a while before we got into a relationship. I thought that when we left each other we'd still have this Hackensack moment to bring us back together...but things didn't work out this way. One moves on before the other can realise that it actually ended. He'll never come back to Hackensack and I won't always be waiting for him.
