@KipJordy1 Too true, and i say that as a european.

@stevenmcintosh Maybe Weller stayed in character between takes. Some actors do that.

Awesome movie. Couples with kids who are considering divorce should watch this. Of course the Lifetime network won't be showing this movie anytime soon because it doesn't suit the agenda of the fuckers who are trying to destroy Americans.

great movie! though it would have been better if they had gone in a little more deep on how it effected his social and school life.

@zacefron5105 Relax scumbag,im only saying the film would have been better had they not made weller out to be a total monster. The filmmakers could have made weller's character more complex, and understanding, but they just copped out to a predictible ending.

@stevenmcintosh I guess Peter Weller got into Sam's character too much!

@Cuteblondie1972 Funny, I actually had a girlfriend like that for a while! She was gorgeous but a junkie (I didn't know that at first) and a sociopath. It's not any better when the sexes are reversed, believe me. Still really sucks when you find out how bad they are.

The guy that played Sam was a prick in real life as well. Corey Haim went to compliment him on his acting early into filming this movie, and Peter Weller pinned him to the wall. I also read that he has a problem following smoking bans in public and becomes aggressive when told to put his cigar out.
Jake should have traded the cocaine for a .45
Give Sam a few 230 grain slugs in the back.
Bury the body underneath the house that burned down.
End of problem.
