CASE UNCLOSED: Who killed NINOY? (1 of 4)

At last, the much-awaited episode of "Cased Unclosed" regarding the assassination of former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino has finally been aired last March 26, 2009. Here's GMA-7's official episode description:

He was born in Concepcion, Tarlac on November 27, 1932. Son of an official in the government of Jose P. Laurel and grandson of a general in the revolutionary army of Emilio Aguinaldo, he continued his family's service to the country when he grew up. He became a Mayor, Vice Governor, Governor, Senator and a critic of a dictatorship.

But his voice was forever silenced in the afternoon of August 21, 1983.

Despite the presence of more than a thousand members of the military and police force on the tarmac when his plane flew in from the United States, despite three armed bodyguards escorting him, someone still found an opportunity to fatally shoot Ninoy Aquino in the head.

Now, 25 years have passed. Several investigations have been made and numerous people have been convicted and jailed. Still, doubts exist as to what really happened the day he was assassinated.

Did Rolando Galman really pull the trigger of the gun that killed Ninoy?

Para sa akin imposibleng si Galmán ang bumaril at nakapatay kay Ninoy dahil kahit si Steve Psinakis ay naniniwalang dati na siyang patay. Nabasa ko iyon sa autobiography ni Psinakis.

Di rin ako conforme sa sinabi ni Atty. Erwin Erfe na ang trajectory ng bala ay UPWARD, which means kung si Galman ang bumaril (sa likod ng tenga ni Ninoy), dapat ang exit wound ay sa may TEMPLE! According sa autopsy reports, ang exit wound ay sa CHIN coming from a DOWNWARD trajectory!

Haven't they realized that a .357 magnum would OBLITERATE a person's head if shot on a point-blank range? They tried simulating the shots using a pig's carcass? WTF?!

So much for Pinoy's version of CSI!

May kinalaman ang mga Marcos sa pagpatay kay Ninoy...at least si IMELDA, dahil:

1. Alam nya na pag umuwi si Ninoy at namatay ang diktador, malaking THREAT si Ninoy dahil lalakas ang oposisyon.

2. Sa lahat ng paghihirap na ginawa ng diktador kay Ninoy, hindi totoo na gusto nyang sya ang pumalit! Mas gugustuhin nyang manatili sa pwesto hanggang mamatay sya!

3. Magkabrod nga sila sa frat, pero pinahirapan parin nya si Ninoy sa kulungan. What's UP with that?

Tama! Pano magtutugma ang findings sa carcass ng baboy sa ulo ng tao? Hay nako, BULOK naman ng method nila! Dapat gumamit sila ng BALLISTICS GEL na molded sa korteng ulo ni Ninoy (gaya ng ginawa sa Discovery Channel on their investigation about the JFK assassination) para mas ma-simulate ng TAMA ang trajectory ng bala!

Kung .357 ang ginamit, either sa baba man or kanang sentido ang labas,dapat malaki ang butas ng exit wound or SABOG dapat ang ulo! I believe a smaller caliber was used!

the first shot was fired when ninoy was still in the stairs. so obviously galman was shot first. then they rushed noynoy to the tarmac..shot him next to galman. then the police pumped more bullets to galman.

Walang kinalaman ang mga marcos sa pag patay kay Ninoy dahil...

1. si marcos ang nag sabi kay ninoy na mainit sya pilipinas wag munang uuwi

2. Si Ninoy ang nakikita ni marcos na papalit sa kanya sa posisyon... nung time na un eh bed ridden na si marcos kaya malabo na sya ang utak.

3. Mag ka brod sila ni ninoy sa UP

4. Masyadong matalino si marcos para gawin ang katangahan na yun... hindi threat sa kanya si ninoy.. sya p nga ang nag sabi na ready sya sa snap election anytime!!
