@iminga my wheaten had about the same tail length too so i dont know what they are taking about. you have a beautiful dog, im tempted to get a wheaten again if i ever get a dog again. Does he run like crazy after a bath?

have you tried yelling "ouch" really loud and standing up and ignoring her? Thats how we got our puppy out of the habit. She also had contact with other dogs and they really let her know when she was biting too hard. I think I also heard victoria stilwell say that you squeel very sharply and loudly but that might just be to get dogs to give toys up...

they dont slam them in car doors, puppy mills do, when they are puppies, they put a string on their tails then it falls off, eww its gross but my mom is some puppy thing person

I don`t understand, why are you thinking its too long? This dog goes to dog shows, all judges like his tail and its length and swimmingly collects titles of champion in different countries:)
I have compared its tail with other wheatens in show - length`s the same. It is just one difference - this dog holds the tail a little bit differently, maybe this reason gives long tail effect.
